episode of the Italian Business Lounge by Italchamber, this time featuring Bartolomeus Capetillo and
Mario Sada, co-founders of MASA Studio, an architecture and urban planning firm with offices in
Stockholm and Mexico City.
The Italian Business Lounge brings together companies with strong ties to Italy who are eager to
explore business opportunities between Italy and Sweden — all in the relaxed, convivial spirit of an
Italian aperitivo.

This evening's topic: Architecture, Heritage, and the Dialogue Between Italy and Sweden.
What does a building say about the culture that created it? The talk will take a broad look at
architecture as a vehicle for cultural identity and cross-cultural dialogue. We will move from the
legacy of Italian masters like Gio Ponti to the present day, examining how architects today draw on
their diverse backgrounds to shape the built environment — and how Italian architectural thinking
has influenced Swedish design. A talk for anyone curious about the stories hidden in the spaces
around us.
